Return & Refund policy

Digital Service Delivery

Our services and deliverables (videos, edits, graphics, marketing materials, etc.) are provided digitally once payment is confirmed. As digital work cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the agreed deliverables have been sent.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a limited refund policy under specific circumstances.
  • Refunds are only considered if:
    • -You purchased a service package that includes ongoing support, revisions, or additional promised deliverables, and
    • -We fail to provide those services as agreed in writing.

Refund Process

  • If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, contact us at Khalandardigital@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:
    • -Your order number
    • -The email used for purchase
    • -Details of the missing services / deliverables
  • We will investigate and process valid refund requests within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • We do not offer refunds in the following cases
    • -Change of mind after purchase
    • -Creative dissatisfaction (e.g., stylistic preferences not specified)
    • -Misunderstanding of project scope or features
    • -Technical issues caused by your email provider or incorrect contact details
    • -Work already delivered or started
